JobDescription:

Our client, aleading manufacturing company, is seeking a dedicated andexperienced HR Manager to join their team. This role is a fantasticopportunity for a dynamic professional who can manage the variedresponsibilities of HR, administration & payroll within a busyand fast-paced environment.

The Role:

- Oversee all HR functions, including recruitment,onboarding, performance management, employee relations, andoffboarding.

- Manage payroll processes,ensuring timely and accurate payments, compliance with taxregulations, and record-keeping.

- Develop andimplement HR policies and procedures to support business goals andensure legal compliance.

- Provide advice andsupport to management and staff on HR-related matters, includingemployment law and best practices.

- Overseeday-to-day administrative operations, ensuring the smooth runningof the office.

- Manage the purchase ledger,including processing invoices, reconciling accounts, and liaisingwith suppliers.

- Maintain accurate records andensure that administrative tasks are completed efficiently and ontime.

- Support the management team with ad-hocadministrative tasks and projects as required.

TheCandidate:

- Proven experience inHR management, preferably within a manufacturing or industrialenvironment.

- Strong knowledge of payrollprocesses and experience in managing payroll systems.

- Experience with purchase ledger management, includinginvoice processing and account reconciliation.

-Excellent communication, organizational, and time managementskills.

- Ability to work independently andhandle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

- CIPD qualification (or working towards) is desirable butnot essential.
