Description

  • Accounts Payable
  • Reconciling bank accounts, rent and revenue posting.
  • Housing benefit processing.
  • Setting up new suppliers.
  • Verifying supplier bank details
  • Managing and reconciling the petty cash float for the Northwest.
  • Handling cash transactions with accuracy.
  • Keeping accurate records of all transactions.
  • Supporting the Accounting & Finance department with related tasks.

Profile

A successful Accounts Payable Clerk should have:

  • Experience using Outlook Word and Excel (Intermediate)
  • A strong understanding of financial transactions and cash handling.
  • Excellent communication skills with a track record of working with stakeholders.
  • Excellent numerical skills.
  • Open accounts knowledge (desirable).

Job Offer
