My client makes officially branded driveable little cars for luxury high-end motor manufacturers such as Bugatti, Aston Martin and Ferrari. They are looking for a Quality Manager who is proactive and driven.

This is an integral role within the business and you will be responsible for the development and creation of incoming inspections of production parts as well as the physical checks themselves, while managing the QMS and taking the business forward and then maintaining standards.

Job Responsibilities:

  • All aspects of QMS and QA
  • Identify Quality System weaknesses and change as necessary to strengthen
  • Designing quality standards, procedures and specifications for a company
  • Leading on all Conformity of Production matters
  • Reviewing existing procedures to ensure they meet the current guidelines
  • Daily physical checks and inspections of incoming parts and components
  • Testing products and services to ensure that they meet quality standards
  • Maintaining documentation of procedural changes


Experience Required:

  • At least 3 years experience in a similar capacity
  • In depth knowledge of ISO9001
  • Good knowledge of Conformity of Production
  • Excellent leadership and person/team management skills
  • Able to understand and interpret detailed component and assembly drawings
  • Resilient, optimistic and open to change and develop
