Quality Manager Responsibilities
Your main duties will include:
- Management of the group quality programme including quality management system.
- Conduct reviews of company policies and processes.
- Supporting business needs for quality, including training for staff and complaints.
- Co-ordinating Internal Stakeholders and external Audit partners for 3rd party accreditations.
- Managing the quality processes, complaints and NCR processes, including resolutions.
- Establish a schedule and conduct Internal Audits of all quality processes and procedures.
- Coordinate Quarterly Quality Meeting liaising with senior leadership team, creating slide pack and actively supporting Audit Manager in its presentation delivery, as well as managing follow-up actions.

Quality Manager Requirements
The successful candidate will meet the following criteria:
- An efficient multi-tasker with at least 2-3 years experience within a governance or quality management role.
- You will have working knowledge of policy improvement, risk management and compliance oversight.
- Familiarity with ISO9001 and ISO27001 standards is preferred.
- You will be inquisitive with a desire to improve processes.
- Detailed orientated and highly organised.
- Excellent IT skills.
- Confident communication skills.
The Location
Based in Oxford with free onsite parking.
This is hybrid role, working 2 days in the office. Open to both full time or part time hours.
