Quality Manager Responsibilities

Your main duties will include:

  • Management of the group quality programme including quality management system.
  • Conduct reviews of company policies and processes.
  • Supporting business needs for quality, including training for staff and complaints.
  • Co-ordinating Internal Stakeholders and external Audit partners for 3rd party accreditations.
  • Managing the quality processes, complaints and NCR processes, including resolutions.
  • Establish a schedule and conduct Internal Audits of all quality processes and procedures.
  • Coordinate Quarterly Quality Meeting liaising with senior leadership team, creating slide pack and actively supporting Audit Manager in its presentation delivery, as well as managing follow-up actions.

Quality Manager Requirements

The successful candidate will meet the following criteria:

  • An efficient multi-tasker with at least 2-3 years experience within a governance or quality management role.
  • You will have working knowledge of policy improvement, risk management and compliance oversight.
  • Familiarity with ISO9001 and ISO27001 standards is preferred.
  • You will be inquisitive with a desire to improve processes.
  • Detailed orientated and highly organised.
  • Excellent IT skills.
  • Confident communication skills.

The Location

Based in Oxford with free onsite parking.

This is hybrid role, working 2 days in the office. Open to both full time or part time hours.
