Training Administrator

In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference by supporting the whole business unit which in turn helps our customers who are vulnerable and in financial difficulty. You will receive training and ongoing support and you will be joining the Bank during an exciting period of transformation with the many opportunities that this will bring.
In this role you will:- Monitor and maintain recruitment activities for the area ensuring vacancies are advertised and updated when required using the Banks recruitment system.
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with key stakeholders and other business units.
- Ensure a smooth transition process for candidates from role acceptance to completion of a structured onboarding programme through to commencement of induction training relevant to their role.

- To provide general administrative support to the business area, particularly support to Head of business and unit leads
- Ensure all administration activities are completed within agreed service levels.
Well-developed written and oral communication skills
Strong Microsoft excel and word skills
Strong organisation and time management skills
Proven ability to proactively manage internal and external stakeholder relationships with strong problem solving skills

The UK Operations business unit is a key enabler of this strategy and is responsible for all personal and business customer/account servicing, debt management, customer relationships (vulnerable customers, bereavements and complaints), operational resilience, IT and Information Security and supplier management & governance in support of all solutions/Business Units, enabling standardisation, consistent service quality and best practices sharing.
Collections and Recoveries is a high profile, collaborative team, within UK Operations, responsible for supporting customers experiencing financial difficulty. Our key focus is to ensure fair outcomes for our customers and maintain strong positive relationships with them whilst balancing the recovery of debt.
