Insight Executive Group are delighted to be working with a national student accommodation company who are looking to hire an Account Manager to work across their multiple sites in London.

This role is ideal for someone with a Facilities Management background, ideally with a Hard FM bias who is able to work with, support and influence key stakeholders both internally and with external stakeholders. The Account Manager will provide outstanding service across the Facilities, Housekeeping and the overall Student Experience.

The role is a permanent fulltime position with a starting salary of £55k with an ASAP start.

The successful Account Manager will be responsible for:

* operational, safety, sales, and revenue performance, increase overall profitability, and drive improvements across the end-to-end customer and employee experience

* identifying and balancing the short term and operational demands with the delivery of longer term and strategic priorities for your cluster of properties

* identifying and develop novel strategies to deliver against local and organisational priorities

* build and lead high performing, engaged and motivated teams with a sense of belonging and community
