Senior Accounts Assistant

Successful award-winning Digital Marketing/Media/PR agency (T/O £6m) is seeking a Senior Accounts Assistant to support its Head of Finance as the company continues its growth. (Fridays from home; office in the City, Central London).

This Senior Accounts Assistant role will include:

  • Management of purchase ledger - all aspects of payables / expenses / supplier liaison.
  • Reconciliation of bank accounts, monitoring all transactions.
  • Monitor aged debtors and support customer queries.
  • Involvement in VAT returns and project accounting on Xero.
  • Assist the monthly reconciliation of all balance sheet and P&L accounts.
  • Assist with management accounts and support the month-end and year-end close
  • Constant development of systems and processes to enhance efficiency

You should be an experienced Accounts Assistant / Bookkeeper seeking a new opportunity in an exciting growing Media agency. You should be a self-starter, keen to contribute to the development and growth of a business. The role is hybrid (Fridays from home; office in the City, Central London).
