Additionally, we have plans to expand the business into the USA and the Middle East.

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Development Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth in the renewable energy sector, focusing on offshore projects and solar farming. This key role involves identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and delivering exceptional recruitment solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to expand our presence in the renewable energy sector.
  • Identify and target potential clients in offshore renewable energy and solar farming projects.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to understand their recruitment needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality recruitment services.
  • Monitor industry trends and market conditions to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Prepare and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Proven experience in business development, preferably within the renewable energy sector.
  • Strong knowledge of offshore renewable energy projects and solar farming.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Degree in business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
