Position summary

We are looking for a talented Copywriter to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a knack for crafting compelling and engaging copy that resonates with our target audience and supports our brand messaging. As a Copywriter, you will be responsible for producing a wide range of written content that drives engagement, informs, and inspires our consumers across EMEA. 

More specifically, you will be responsible for writing clear, concise, and persuasive copy for various marketing materials, including website content, blog posts and email campaigns. 

Additionally you will: 

  • Collaborate with the M&L team to develop content strategies that align with our project goals. 
  • Conduct thorough research to understand our products, services, and target audience, and use this knowledge to create relevant and engaging content. 
  • Edit and proofread copy to ensure it is error-free, adheres to brand guidelines, and meets high standards of quality. 
  • Work closely with designers, marketers, social media managers and other stakeholders to create cohesive and compelling content across all channels. 
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in copy writing and content marketing to ensure our content remains fresh and effective. 
  • Ensure on-page SEO elements are well optimised to support our organic traffic growth in-language. 
  • Track and analyse the performance of content to identify areas for improvement and refine future copy strategies. 
Requirements

What are we looking for? 

  • Proven experience as a Copywriter, Content Writer, or similar role, with a strong portfolio. 
  • Written fluency in 1 or more European language in addition to English (preferably German). 
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail. 
  • Ability to write in different styles and tones, adapting to various brand voices and audience segments. 
  • Understanding of SEO principles and customisation techniques. 
  • Excellent research skills and the ability to quickly grasp complex topics and translate them into clear, engaging copy. 
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. 
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. 
  • Proficiency with content management systems (CMS) and marketing tools is a plus. 
  • Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
