Salary:£63900+ dependent of skills and experience
What you’ll be doing:
- Working in an international complex programme, providing leadership and integration with effective stakeholder management to deliver key drivers and influencing solutions and outcomes to deliver the programme success
- Working across an International Programme across Air sector, with the customer and with both National and International Partners
- Developing management information & processes to meet the growing programme needs for appropriate senior leadership and direction setting. Working directly with the customer to understand needs and priorities and collaborate effectively with all parties to develop solutions
- Evaluate current and new business requirements and develop dashboard visualisation to enable programme management.
- Managing a team to deliver in high performance environment with high levels of complexity
- Senior reporting – understanding programme drivers and how data can provide the right level of information to support to enable effective decision making and able to translate data into management information
- Translate data into Management information with excellent attention to detail
Your skills and experiences:
Essential
- Have excellent stakeholder relationship, influencing and communications skills
- Be an effective leader to collaborate with programme projects control teams, data development teams and selection of effective data solutions to consolidate and deliver efficient information dashboards
- Demonstrate insight to be able to identify strategic programme value and longer term horizon requirements, supporting Operational Excellence development
- Understand programme drivers and how data can provide the right level of information to support effective decision making, able to translate data into management information
- Lead own team and be able to influence and attain wider teams to support and deliver solutions, this will involve working with many teams. Be able to influence and to have activities recognised as priorities
- Roles typically require a University Degree, or a substantial amount of practical knowledge gained through experience
