Your new companyOur client is a fast-growing business relocating to Guildford.
As such, they are currently recruiting two receptionists / administrators to support their wider business.

Your new roleThese are key roles for the organisation. You will be the first point of contact for all visitors to their newly refurbished offices, dealing with staff members and clients.

This is a truly varied role. As well as providing front of house services, you will also, alongside the second receptionist, be responsible for supporting the administration of
Events and training courses, dealing with administration for the wider office including stock control, dealing with deliveries, managing travel and accommodation booking for staff including VISA's and necessary travel documents and liaising with the finance department to process expenses.

What you'll need to succeed Strong abilities in the use of MS Office, but especially Excel & Word.
Knowledge of Adobe products would be an advantage. Excellent communication skills Strong organisational skills Ability to prioritise and work to deadlines A proactive approach to problem-solving Attention to detail A willingness to help clients and colleagues to achieve the goals of the company.What you'll get in returnA starting salary of 29,900, a guaranteed annual performance bonus, an excellent pension to which the company will match up to 10% of all employee contributions, private health and dental insurance, an annual medical and a range of other benefits

This is an office-based role with hours on a rotational basis from either 8am to 4pm or 9.30am to 5.30pm.
