Our client is a leading building services consultancy having an excellent reputation across the midlands and a national presence within the construction industry. With offices in Birmingham and Nottingham, our client excels in delivering exceptional projects throughout the construction life cycle.

They have a strong learning and development programme and only take on the most talented individuals to meet and exceed client expectations across every stage of the construction life cycle.

Due to continuous growth, they are looking to add an experienced MEP Revit / BIM Technician to their Birmingham team. You will be working on a wide variety of projects including commercial, industrial, education, hotels, leisure, telecoms, data and research and development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Developing 2D/3D CAD layouts and models using AutoCAD & Revit.
  • Design of full building services requirements (HVAC, lighting, power, security, fire detection etc.)
  • Carrying out thermal simulations and part L calculations.
  • Liaising with project installation teams.

The Person

  • Should hold appropriate HNC/HND/Degree level qualification.
  • Have at least 4+ years experience in similar role.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit.
  • Confident communicator.
