Providing exceptional support to our customers throughout their journey with our products is fundamental to our philosophy.
Their experience and satisfaction with our offerings are managed by our Customer Service team, and we are currently seeking a skilled HVAC Service Technician to enhance our expanding operations.
As part of the Customer Service team, you will deliver hands-on engineering assistance through the implementation and maintenance of installations.
Strong customer service abilities, combined with a solid engineering background, are essential for this role, as you will interact directly with clients, troubleshoot product issues, and offer immediate support before and after purchase.
A proactive attitude and a passion for customer engagement are vital, as you will help foster and strengthen relationships on behalf of the company.
Previous experience in a similar capacity, utilizing your engineering knowledge and skills to assist customers and enhance their overall experience, is required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Previous experience as a Field Engineer
- Background in Customer Support/Service roles
- Familiarity with HVAC Systems
- Ability to interpret manuals and schematics
- Willingness to travel as necessary for the position
- Practical knowledge of controls (PLC) and their integration with HVAC components
- Skills in soldering, welding, and plumbing
- Relevant and current qualifications in electrical, health and safety, construction design management, plumbing, and HVAC.
