Responsibilities: Key responsibilities include:

  • Producing drawings to meet company standards.
  • Revising drawings as needed to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Distributing drawings to relevant personnel and sites as required.
  • Maintaining ongoing communication with Design Engineers regarding project progress.
  • Coordinating with suppliers and subcontractors to meet project needs.
  • Creating, modifying, and managing MEP Revit Models.
  • Collaborating with architects and engineers on projects using a Common Data Environment (CDE).

Requirements: The ideal candidate will have:

  • Demonstrated experience as a CAD Technician, preferably in the building services or construction industry.
  • Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in producing and revising technical drawings.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with internal teams, suppliers, and subcontractors.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of MEP systems and Revit Models is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with working in a Common Data Environment (CDE) is a plus.
