As the Logistics Distribution Owner, your primary responsibility will be ensuring compliance with the Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX), a federal law that mandates companies to maintain accurate financial records. You will also be responsible for ensuring that all systems accurately reflect the actual stock on the floor, which is crucial for maintaining optimal product availability and accurate reporting. This role involves continuous monitoring of stock movement transactions, data analysis to identify areas for improvement in Molson Coors Brewing Company’s (MCBC) financial stock loss performance, and presenting these opportunities to the Logistics Controller and Finance Business Partner to drive the company's financial success.
Key Responsibilities-
Inventory Reconciliation & Accuracy:
- Ensure full MCBC network inventory reconciliation and accuracy for valuated finished goods SKUs.
- Investigate and resolve all logistical and Proof of Delivery (POD) interface failures from third parties.

SOX Compliance:
- Serve as the single point of contact within logistics for SOX auditing and stock counts.

Stock Loss Control:
- Take accountability for the accuracy and control of MCBC logistics stock loss General Ledgers (GLs) for all valuated SKUs, as well as the vendor Goods Received/Invoice Received (GRIR) process.

Management Information Reporting:
- Develop and provide Management Information (MI) reporting, insights, and recommendations for primary and secondary logistics to improve service, cost-effectiveness, and cash flow.

Process Development & Control:
- Play a key role in the development and enhancement of all logistics stock processes.
- Ensure existing process control and adherence are maintained.

- 3 years of supply chain experience with a strong background and expertise in logistics.
- A strong track record in leading and developing a team.
