Your Role

As the Logistics Inventory Supervisor, your main responsibility will be to ensure adherence to the Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX), a federal regulation that requires companies to maintain precise financial records. You will also be tasked with ensuring that all systems accurately reflect the actual stock on hand, which is vital for maintaining optimal product availability and precise reporting. This position involves ongoing monitoring of stock movement transactions, data analysis to pinpoint areas for enhancement in Molson Coors Brewing Company's (MCBC) financial stock loss performance, and presenting these opportunities to the Logistics Controller and Finance Business Partner to drive the company's financial success.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Inventory Reconciliation & Accuracy:
    • Guarantee comprehensive MCBC network inventory reconciliation and accuracy for valuated finished goods SKUs.
    • Investigate and resolve all logistical and Proof of Delivery (POD) interface failures from third parties.
  2. SOX Compliance:
    • Act as the primary point of contact within logistics for SOX auditing and stock counts.
  3. Stock Loss Management:
    • Assume responsibility for the accuracy and control of MCBC logistics stock loss General Ledgers (GLs) for all valuated SKUs, as well as the vendor Goods Received/Invoice Received (GRIR) process.
  4. Management Information Reporting:
    • Develop and deliver Management Information (MI) reporting, insights, and recommendations for primary and secondary logistics to enhance service, cost-effectiveness, and cash flow.
  5. Process Development & Control:
    • Play a pivotal role in the development and enhancement of all logistics stock processes.
    • Ensure existing process control and adherence are maintained.

    • A minimum of 3 years of supply chain experience with a robust background and expertise in logistics.
    • A proven track record in leading and developing a team.
