Position: Teacher of Computer Science

Dunbar Education is excited to be recruiting for a Teacher of Computer Science on behalf of a thriving and forward-thinking 11-18 mixed community school in Buckingham. This growing school, rated 'Good' by Ofsted, offers state-of-the-art facilities and is dedicated to providing an exceptional educational experience for all students.

Key Responsibilities:

Teach Computer Science across Key Stages 3, 4, and 5.Design and deliver engaging, high-quality lessons that spark a passion for Computer Science.Assess, track, and provide feedback on student progress.Contribute to the continuous improvement of the Computer Science curriculum.Participate in departmental and whole school CPD.Engage with parents, carers, and the wider community to support student learning.

Opportunity for Leadership:

For the right candidate, there is potential to also take on a Teaching and Learning Responsibility (TLR) as Head of Year. This role involves additional leadership responsibilities, including pastoral care and supporting the academic progress of a specific year group.

Person Specification:
