We seek a Senior Purchase Ledger Executive to deliver high-quality service to the business, suppliers, and stakeholders. You will follow established processes and procedures, collaborating with colleagues to meet deadlines and KPIs. Experience in managing large payment volumes and providing timely, accurate financial information is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high service standards to the business and suppliers, maintaining strong relationships.
- Manage Aged Debt and follow up with Authorisers for approval.
- Execute the weekly payment run process.
- Verify suppliers and reconcile supplier statements.
- Perform account and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Support purchase order rollout and train new starters.
- Adhere to and improve controls and policies.
- Assist in developing the P/L team staff.
- Participate in ad-hoc projects as required by senior management.
Requirements:
- Prior Accounts Payable experience.
- Familiarity with Purchase Order systems.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines and targets.
- Proficiency in payment run processes.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Excellent communication skills.
