The Role
The Firm is looking for an ambitious individual to join the Financial Services department with a focus on CASS. The role offers clear opportunities for progression and the level of technical work will provide a varied and challenging development path. Experience of CASS and the Financial Services sector is preferred.
The main duties of the roles include:
Principal contact for clients on day-to-day matters, from planning through to completion of assignmentsTraining, supporting and delegating to team members ensuring deadlines and demands are met by the wider client engagement team, providing feedback as and when requiredPreparing and monitoring budgets and issuing client feesMaintaining an up-to-date technical knowledge for statutory and CASS audits, and related FCA regulationsEnsuring internal and external expectations are achieved, including supporting the leadership team in setting and delivering strategic targetsSupporting opportunities to promote the business in the marketplaceContributing to new opportunities and securing new work, with the support of the wider senior management team and Business Development teamBuilding effective working relationships with clients and staff at all levelsActing as an ambassador for the firm
The Person
Strong industry and technical knowledge ideally within wealth and investment managementRelevant experience in managing multiple client portfolios ideally in a practice settingA leader of your work and your professional learningExcellent communication skills with the ability to positively impact and influence others at all levelsRelevant experience in this or a similar role is preferredICAS, ICAEW, ACCA qualification or equivalent
