Siamo Recruitment are currently offering an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Administrator on a long-term, temporary basis with full-time hours, located in the County of Denbighshire, North Wales
Working within a small team of dedicated Customer Service staff, the successful applicant will be answering calls, contacting customers via telephone and email, providing service information, and using IT systems on a daily basis. A background in Customer Service or Reception work is essential for this role, and this role has potential to become a permanent opportunity for the right candidate
Hourly pay: 11.80
The Role:
- Working as part of a dedicated team of Customer Service staff
- Answering incoming calls and directing to the right department or staff member
- Updating client information on the internal customer database
- Handling a variety of queries about the services provided
- Inputting customer data onto Excel spreadsheets
- Responding to queries in a friendly and professional manner
- Using IT and telephone systems on a daily basis
The Ideal Candidate:
- Experience in a Customer Service or Reception position
- Capable using IT systems such as Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, Excel
- Ability to communicate and work well within a team
- Friendly and professional telephone manner
