Support in Our Regional Expansion: Lead the Setup of New Sites and Build Our Future Team

During the first 6-12 months, you'll be instrumental in setting up new sites across the region, including:

Assisting the RGM with strategic planning and executing new site launches Working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration of operations, technology, and personnel Leading recruitment, induction, and training for a full-service delivery team

The job description for this role is the 'BAU' following initial site and service mobilisation and travel across the Region and to other Regions will be expected.
