My high profile client are seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Specialist, Data Privacy
to join their global privacy office team. This role is located in Manchester- hybrid position on site 3 days a week and 2 days from home.
In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
Contribute to the Bank's data privacy program and support management to operationalize the Bank's data privacy strategy and management framework
Analyze data privacy legislation, regulatory announcements, and industry practices to support the development of guidance and implementation recommendations
Contribute to the development of projects and programs that enhance and operationalize the firm's data privacy control framework.
Support the deployment of privacy management technology and tools (automation) to enhance data privacy controls
Support operational components of the enterprise/line of business/corporate function/regional data privacy program
To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
Bachelors degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience
Data Privacy, Information Security, Records Management, Compliance, Consultancy or Financial Services background and/or experience with financial services compliance and/or the applicable data privacy laws, regulations and rules of relevant regulators preferred.
An execution-focused and results-oriented individual who collaborates well with others, has strong verbal and written communication skills, and can manage multiple priorities and changing requirements
