The Lounge team is growing We are looking for a Merchandising Admin Assistant to help drive our business.
We'd love it if you have experience of analysing data and managing inventory levels within an ecommerce business. We are looking for someone who is commercially driven, has a proactive attitude and is happy liaising closely with our colleagues across various teams, warehouses and stores.
What you will do at Lounge:
Ensuring stock is in the right place to deliver sales through allocations and transfers. Ownership of store replenishment, making adjustments during peak sale periods throughout the year. Responsible for the day to day merch admin tasks including sizing analysis and updating our pricing architecture. Adhoc department analysis from various data sources to help drive future decisions. Builds positive relationships with own team members & other functions. We would love it if you:
Have merchandising experience including stockflow management. Numerical and logical skills are essential. Comfortable analysing large data sets and summarise key findings. Good excel skills with the ability to set up & maintain reports. Maintaining a commercial head to drive decisions. Collaboration is key, working with important stakeholders across the business,driving growth. Embraces and demonstrates a positive 'can do' attitude to all work situations. Able to be self-motivated and work under management.
