Service Coordinator

KGB Commercial Heating is based in Norwich (established in 2003) and carries out mechanical & electrical services for commercial clients, school trusts, churches, care homes, solicitors, shopping malls, hospitals, vehicle sales groups, industries, factories, councils, leisure centres, etc.

Salary: Negotiable

Hours: 40 per week

Monday Friday, start at 8 AM

Holidays: 20 per year, plus statutory 8 days

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Working with service admin staff
  • Dealing with clients, booking in service and repairs
  • Updating mobile engineers
  • Arranging parts to be delivered
  • Assisting in collating data for quotation purposes
  • Working on the Clik work order processing system
  • Experienced in Excel and Word
  • Assisting with invoicing
  • Updating spreadsheets

The working environment is busy in winter and requires diligence to ensure client expectations are met.
