Qualifications, Education and Work Rights
Hold a minimum of 5 x GCSEs (or equiv.) at grade A-C (4-9), inc. Math & English - E
Be educated to degree level (or hold a minimum of 3 years experience in leading a comparable operational/project role in junior progs. With multiple sites such as International Summer Schools, Adventure Holidays, HAF/School Holiday Activity Camps or similar - E
Possess Right to work in UK approval - E

Skills, Knowledge and Experience
Strong experience in managing seasonal operations for junior programmes such as International/Adventure/School Holiday Activity Camps or similar camps with an excellent understanding of best practices in operations to deliver successful outcomes to all key stakeholders - E
Good knowledge and understanding of the UK Gov. funded Holiday & Activity Food Programme (HAF) D
Excellent organisational, problem-solving and decision-making skills - E
Solid understanding of quality assurance and experience of working to frameworks e.g. contractual/regulatory/legislative/accreditation reqs. - E
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - E
Strong knowledge and experience of Safeguarding best practices - E
Competency in using IT systems (Microsoft Office, Google Suite etc.) - E
