Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the fitness team to ensure all individual and group training targets are met.
  • Work with the management team to develop and implement KPIs and financial budgets.

Requirements:

  • Developed a career within the fitness industry or military physical training.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • NVQ level 3 in fitness or equivalent.
