What You'll Do:

The Campaign Manager is responsible for ensuring the successful implementation and execution of digital advertising campaigns across a group of agencies. You will work closely with stakeholders both internally (Account Strategists) and externally (Media Agencies) to see campaigns through from planning stages to post-campaign reporting and analysis of performance.

Your tasks will include :

  • Provide excellent customer service and end-to-end support to our agencies in collaboration with the Account Strategist and become an advisory point of contact.
  • Develop your Books of Business and focus on most impactful opportunities to drive revenue & product expansion.
  • Educate Agencies on Criteo’s technology across channels and devices.
  • Optimize accounts to improve performance for the advertiser and action growth opportunities to maximize revenue and margin.
  • Analyze a wide range of performance metrics and KPI’s to identify personalized solutions on a client level and make sure client goals are reached.
  • Create personalized decks and presentations to drive quarterly meetings.
  • Data-driven internal reporting.
  • Help Criteo build and execute our agency strategy, including working with your agencies to join Criteo’s new Certified Partner Program and other key agency initiatives.
  • Provide operational, efficient & accurate campaign delivery recommendations.
  • Work with Account Strategists on reporting and account optimizations.
  • Technical implementation of ad campaigns with clients’ KPI’s in mind.
  • Proactively evaluate, analyze & troubleshoot campaigns, anticipate main seasonality trends, identify, and follow up on any ongoing issues.
  • Ability to take insights from various data sources to inform campaign recommendations and contribute to whole strategy.
  • House updates: opportunities on new solutions & contacts.
  • Internal administrative tasks: submit, request & follow up with support teams (Finance, AX, TS, Products.)
Who You Are:
  • Campaign management experience in AdTech or Media Agency.
  • Good understanding of online ad serving concepts (CPM/CPA/RTB/ROI), video, mobile, RTB, programmatic buying.
  • Familiarity with programmatic and DSP platforms.
  • Experience with VAST/VPAID/HTML5 ad formats.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and drive resolution from ad calls and responses.
  • Strong technical writing skills and ability to convey technical concepts in a way that is easy for clients and non-technical partners to understand.
  • Motivated self-starter, with solid customer service experience and a consultative mindset.
  • Works well in a close-knit team, instinctively shares product insights and documents new information.
  • Ability to build strategies and action plans.
  • Ability to work with different stakeholders. (internally & externally)
  • Great understanding of client’s and team’s needs. Will need to stay in touch with industry evolutions and standards as well.
  • Strong communication and experience upselling solutions to benefit clients.
  • Project management skills as it will require a lot of co-ordination.
  • Always looking at creative ways to get to our objectives and beyond.
  • Strong creative skills to come up with innovative ideas and prepare adapted decks for AS meetings.
  • Team player / Proactively shares beyond Agency EMEA team.
