I have a fantastic opportunity for a Private Client Solicitor to join a highly successful legal 500 department in Telford. My client are looking for an experienced, friendly and ambitious private client solicitor to join the well respected team, take on an existing caseload, and provide a high quality service to clients.

We are looking for a solicitor to contribute to business development, training of junior solicitors, and assist the Divisional Head. Alongside these responsibilities, the successful candidate will take on a caseload consisting of:

  • Advising on and preparing wills
  • Providing tax advice
  • Advising and drafting Lasting Powers of Attorney
  • Dealing with the administration of Estates, including Grand of Probate applications
  • Drafting and administering trusts
