We are seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join our team at mfg Solicitors LLP. As an Associate Solicitor, you will be responsible for managing a complex portfolio of private client work, including Lasting Powers of Attorney, wills, estate administration, and tax planning matters.

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a technically proficient and commercially aware individual to join our Private Client team. You will be responsible for leading a team, sharing best practice, and supporting the professional development of others. You will also be expected to proactively coordinate and engage in business development and marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a varied and complex portfolio of private client work, including LPA's, wills, estate administration, creation of trusts, and tax planning matters.
  • Lead a team, sharing best practice and supporting the professional development of others.
  • Proactively coordinate and engage in business development and marketing activities.

Requirements

  • STEP qualification would be desirable but not essential.
