An award-winning financial services organisation based in Cardiff.
Your new role
Working as an HR administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the wider HR team. This will include overseeing a master Excel spreadsheet, managing and booking appointments for internal and external staff, as well as using Teams to send out invites to attendees. You'll be extremely organised as this is a busy and challenging role requiring excellent organisation and time management skills, as well as the ability to manage a complex diary for a large team. Other duties will include HR administrative duties, such as sending out correspondence and packs.
What you'll need to succeed
You'll have first-class administrative skills, including being comfortable working with Excel and MS Teams. Experience of working in an HR department is desirable but not essential.
You'll have a can-do attitude, and be a team-player. Please note, your role is subject to credit and fraud checks as part of the onboarding process.

What you'll get in return
This is a temporary role to start as soon as possible. The role is expected to last 3 months with a possible extension. Hours of work are 9am to 5pm or 8am to 4pm (1 hour lunch), Monday to Friday, a 35-hour working week.
