Responsibilities
Financial Planning and Analysis:
- Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives.
- Conduct variance analysis and identify key financial drivers.
- Prepare and present detailed financial forecasts, budgets, and long-term plans.
Management Reporting:
- Produce monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports using cloud technology
- Provide actionable insights through detailed analysis of financial data. Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial information.
Strategic Support:
- Advise on financial implications of business activities and strategies. Support strategic planning and decision-making processes.
Operational Efficiency:
- Analyse operational processes to identify areas for improvement. Recommend and implement cost-saving initiatives. Support process improvement and automation efforts.
Customer Engagement:
- Build strong relationships with customers. Attend board meetings and ensure that the objectives are being met.
Qualifications:
- Education: Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field. A master s degree is preferred.
- Certification: Graduating: CIMA (Chartered Institute of Management Accountants).
- Experience: Minimum one year of experience in management accounting, financial analysis, or a related role.
- Skills: Proficiency in Excel and a willingness to learn. Good time management and self-discipline; Teamwork.
