Our client is a highly successful business, based in a rural location in South Warwickshire. They are looking to recruit an experienced Administrator, who will support the sales and logistics teams with the ordering, shipping and installation of equipment. This is a varied role where you will be liaising internally with all departments and playing a key part in the smooth, day to day running of the business. We are therefore looking for someone who is organised, able to work well in a busy team, and flexible to take on a range of duties. Key Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Liaising with customers over the phone and creating quotations for new equipment and spare parts.
  • Liaising with customers about delivery times, installations, engineer visits etc.
  • Placing orders.
  • Managing the delivery process, from organising shipping/transportation, to ensuring that stock is available in the warehouse.
  • Booking goods in upon arrival and managing stock of spare parts.
  • Supporting the service department with enquiries.
  • Ordering parts for customers as required.
  • Updating the CRM/database with all key information.
  • Updating the website with company information.
  • General reporting.
Skills & Experience Required:
  • Previous experience in a busy administrative role, involving customer liaison.
  • Excellent communication skills - able to build rapport and good intercompany relationships at all levels.
  • Good general IT Skills (MS Office)
  • Own transport required due to location.
