Job Title: Head of Sales - Fintech/Banking

Role Overview:

Our client is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Head of Sales for Fintech and Banking to lead their sales efforts in this strategic vertical. In this pivotal role, you will spearhead business development initiatives, driving revenue growth and market expansion within the fintech and banking sector. With a focus on building and growing a high-performing sales team, you will play a key role in shaping the sales strategy and achieving ambitious growth targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and Execute Sales Strategy:

Create and implement a targeted sales strategy tailored to the unique needs of fintech and banking clients.

Drive revenue generation through proactive prospecting, lead qualification, and strategic account management.

Business Development and Client Acquisition:

Lead business development efforts, cultivating relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target organizations.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive client acquisition and revenue growth.

Team Leadership and Talent Development:

Build and nurture a high-performing sales team focused on delivering exceptional results and exceeding revenue targets.

Provide mentorship, coaching, and support to team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Client Relationship Management:

Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with fintech and banking clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.

Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic guidance and thought leadership on fraud detection and risk management best practices.

Market Expansion and Partnership Development:

Drive market expansion initiatives within the fintech and banking sector, identifying opportunities for strategic partnerships to accelerate growth.

Collaborate with internal teams to develop targeted go-to-market strategies and marketing campaigns.

Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Experience in enterprise sales, with a proven track record of success in selling to fintech or banking clients.

Strong business development skills with a demonstrated ability to identify and pursue new opportunities, build relationships, and close deals.

Experience in leading and developing high-performing sales teams, with a focus on driving results and fostering a culture of excellence.

Deep understanding of the fintech and banking industry, including knowledge of industry trends, challenges, and regulatory requirements.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts and solutions to senior-level stakeholders.
