Description
As Financial Services Operations Administrator, you will be responsible for:
Supporting operational team where required
Processing settlements in accordance with SLAs
Reconciling cash into and out of business and client bank accounts
Client Money reconciliations
CASS regulations
Reviewing and preparing payments for clients
Preparing monthly commission runs
Dealing with any client queries efficiently and as quickly as possible
Adhering to all procedures and regulatory requirements
Escalation of issues to management in a timely mannerProfile
The successful candidate to this Financial Services Operations Administrator must have:
Experience working in financial services
Knowledge of CASS would be advantageous
Strong attention to detail
Strong numerical skills
Excellent problem solving ability and able to deal with complex queries
Ability to work to tight deadlinesJob Offer
