3 Month ContractSalary £22,000 FTEOffice Based in Ipswich Our client based in Ipswich are looking for a new team member to join them as a Business Support and Marketing Administrator

Working for both the Business Support and Marketing teams, the purpose of this role is to support with client and internal communications, data projects and secretarial admin tasks including;

  • Updating the website with marketing materials and the intranet with news items
  • Maintaining marketing inboxes
  • Maintenance of all lists in MailChimp including review of each campaign and reporting bounces back to the relevant team
  • General administration support for HR, Business Support and Marketing teams
  • Mail merges for client communication
Preferred Requirements:
  • Enthusiastic team player
  • Good organisational skills
  • Excellent IT skills, including the full Microsoft Office suite
  • Great attention to detail
  • Free immediately
  • Previous experience of MailChimp an advantage
