An exciting opportunity has arisen for a 4 session Salaried GP (with a view to partnership) to join our practice and add to our existing team. 

With a list size of 12,000 patients and purpose-built premises, we have a proven track record of continuity of care, excellent GP retention and facilitating career development. We are situated on the outskirts of Maidstone.

The clinical team is comprised of 7 GPs, a nurse practitioner, a paramedic practitioner, 3 nurses, 2 HCAs and a phlebotomist. The core team is actively supported by our PCN pharmacists, physiotherapists, social prescribing link workers and child and adolescent mental health workers. We are very much looking forward to appointing an enthusiastic and patient-focussed doctor to join the team.

Key Practice Attributes:

Established training practice. Excellent clinical and pastoral support. GP specialist expertise in cardiology, minor surgery, ophthalmology and psychiatry.  Minor surgery for registered and external patients (west Kent dermatology). West Kent Cardiology GPwER Service. PCN, ICB and VTS leadership within the practice team. Excellent management and administrative support teams. Established and structured approach to CQC compliance, Palliative Care and Safeguarding. Regular academic meetings. Spacious car park and purpose-built premises. Collaborative working with active PPG Regular academic meetings. High QOF achievement.
