Location:
Brockworth, Gloucestershire
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, Hybrid working
Salary: £24,100 increasing to £25,600 after 18 months
MUST BE ABLE TO START ON 7TH OCTOBER 2024 FOR 6 WEEKS TRAINING (WITH NO HOLIDAY DURING THIS TIME)

Job Description

Our leading client is on the hunt for Customer Service Advisors to join their rapidly growing team

Key Responsibilities of a Customer Service Advisor

  • Assess claims and evaluate damage in line with policy guidelines.
  • Answer any inbound calls and questions regarding claim
  • Identify potential fraud indicators and proactively escalate to the relevant department.
  • Ensure clear understanding of customer needs and expectations.
  • Maintain consistent and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage caseload efficiently, ensuring accurate documentation and notes.


Key Skills of a Customer Service Advisor

  • Customer service experience is a plus but not required; attitude and potential are valued.
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal with the capability to write letters in line with company standards.
  • Ability to negotiate and influence others whilst maintaining an empathetic approach.
  • Eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team-oriented and collaborative.
  • Positive attitude and commitment to an inclusive team environment.
