Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, Hybrid working
Salary: £24,100 increasing to £25,600 after 18 months

Job Description
Our leading client is on the hunt for Customer Service Advisors to join their rapidly growing team

Key Responsibilities of a Customer Service Advisor
- Assess claims and evaluate damage in line with policy guidelines.
- Answer any inbound calls and questions regarding claim
- Identify potential fraud indicators and proactively escalate to the relevant department.
- Ensure clear understanding of customer needs and expectations.
- Maintain consistent and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage caseload efficiently, ensuring accurate documentation and notes.
Key Skills of a Customer Service Advisor
- Customer service experience is a plus but not required; attitude and potential are valued.
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal with the capability to write letters in line with company standards.
- Ability to negotiate and influence others whilst maintaining an empathetic approach.
- Eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Team-oriented and collaborative.
- Positive attitude and commitment to an inclusive team environment.
