Job
Responsibilities:
Manage day to day client asset activity for the quarterly client asset statement publication. Partner with the Head of Client Asset and internal stakeholders to maintain and enhance a robust and efficient operating model with regard to all Client Asset regulatory requirements and ongoing maintenance process for all Workplace customers. Ensure all regulatory requirements in relation to Client Assets are met, including through the sponsorship of various development projects and establishing metrics to measure success Build a culture of responsibility , good governance and supervision while driving the operational efficiency of all aspects on CASS to reduce costs and improve customer satisfaction. Complete and accurate publication of client asset statements on a quarterly basis. Prepare and save all supporting documentation on a quarterly basis, to support the client asset publication and provide tools, training, and overall support to stakeholders Work with the reconciliation team to ensue complaint custody asset and client money reconciliations (CASS). Identify, document and escalate CASS breaches, collaborate with wider business to implement preventative controls Remaining up to date with industry changes from a CASS compliance perspective across all aspect of asset management Maintaining the first line of defense of compliance ensuring individual adherence to business processes and procedures and supporting change initiatives, assessing the impact on CASS process. Appropriately asses risk / reward of transactions when making business decisions demonstrating proper consideration of the firms reputation.
