The Role
As a Registered Manager it will be your role to provide support to the staff and people supported. You will take full responsibility for the development and implementation of systems and processes, to ensure they are able to provide the highest quality of care and support.
They are looking for a candidate who holds their CQC registration and their Level 5 in Health and Social Care or are willing to work towards this qualification.
The residential home for adults with physical and intellectual disabilities. This service provides 27 single-occupancy self-contained accommodation for 27 people.

Great CQC, great reward. If your service is rated good or equivalent by CQC in all domains, all staff will receive a £30 gift voucher. If rated outstanding, all staff will receive a £50 gift voucher. They want to reward staff in a range of ways for their hard work. You can be nominated for a recognition letter from a member of the Executive Leadership Team and you may also be nominated to receive a gift voucher up to £50 for going above and beyond within your role. Excellent training package provided for all staff. Generous Annual Leave entitlement of 25 days + 8 days bank holiday for the first 5 years. Increasing to 28 days + 8 days bank holiday after 5 years.
