Key Responsibilities
- Take full responsibility for the development and implementation of systems and processes to ensure the delivery of high-quality care and support.
- Lead and manage a team of staff to ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide excellent care and support.
- Work closely with our leadership team to develop and implement our care and support strategies.
- Ensure that our services are compliant with all relevant regulations and standards.
- Develop and maintain relationships with our stakeholders, including families, carers, and other professionals.
Requirements
- Hold a CQC registration and a Level 5 qualification in Health and Social Care, or be willing to work towards this qualification.
- Have a strong understanding of the care and support sector and the needs of individuals with physical and intellectual disabilities.
- Have excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
