Supplying an expanding UK and international client base with a wide variety of advanced heat exchange and cooling products and systems for industrial, power generation and automotive applications. Within this role you will be offered free car parking and an early finish on Friday s. Offered on a temporary to permanent basis, this role of Assembly Operative is available for immediate start.

Duties and responsibilities required by Assembly Operative

  • Working to a technical drawing and assembling components, ensuring that all parts are fitted correctly
  • Quality inspection of assembled work
  • Performing preventive maintenance and reporting and resolving assembly line issues
  • Diagnosing and troubleshooting equipment malfunctions and performing repairs
  • Reading and confirming the drawing and parts list, interpret measurements and verify drawing specifications
  • Working with a variety of hand and power tools

Skills and attributes required by Assembly Operative

  • High attention to detail
  • Previous assembly experience is essential
  • Works well within a team and individually
  • Good use of hand and power tools

Location: Redditch, Worcestershire

Hours of Work: 1.30pm-10pm (Monday-Thursday) 1pm-8pm (Friday's)

Pay: £13.50 per hour. £11.64 plus 16% shift allowence
