This role will be instrumental in leveraging data insights to develop and optimize digital marketing initiatives, ultimately driving brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. Responsibilities:
  • Spearhead digital marketing campaigns across various channels : social media, email, SEO, PPC, and content marketing.
  • Create captivating content for digital platforms including websites, social media, newsletters, and blogs, ensuring brand consistency.
  • Expand and manage social media presence on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube, handling scheduling, engagement metrics, and timely responses.
  • Drive email marketing initiatives from segmentation to content creation, scheduling, and tracking, aiming to enhance open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
  • Enhance organic search visibility and rankings through keyword research and on / off-page SEO tactics, monitoring performance metrics for adjustments.
  • Employ digital analytics tools like Google Analytics and Facebook Insights to monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics, and furnish regular reports.
  • Collaborate with diverse teams, internally and externally, to align digital marketing efforts with overarching business objectives, ensuring effective communication and successful outcomes.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on campaign management, content creation, and social media management.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful digital marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Mailchimp, Hootsuite, and others.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for staying up-to-date on industry trends and emerging technologies in digital marketing.
