Customer Service Coordinator

Pay: 11.50 (37.5 hours)

Location: Norwich

This is a temporary, full time position.

It is working a shift pattern where hours fall between 8am and 6pm.

The shift pattern also includes working one in six Saturdays.

  • Managing inbound and outbound calls, liaising with service users and their families.
  • Booking all delivery rounds in advance for Technicians and Service Engineers, utilising inhouse software appropriately.
  • Ensuring all client and delivery details are correct and up to date, adding notes to the system where necessary.
  • Ensuring emergency jobs are actioned within the agreed timescales by relaying the requirements to the technicians and warehouse.
  • Answering emails and complaints within agreed timeframes.
  • Liaising between health professionals and service users
