The National Youth Orchestra is the UK’s leading organisation championing orchestral music as a powerful agent for teenage development. We are a welcoming community where every teenager can play their part in shaping their world through extraordinary music.

The Administration Co-ordinator is crucial to the smooth running of NYO’s operations, providing administrative support to every team including Programmes, Fundraising and Finance. You will develop skills and gain insights into a wide range of operational areas, including IT, CRM and data management, HR, finance and governance. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, tech-savvy, and proactive, with excellent communication skills and a knack for problem-solving.

You would be joining a friendly and dynamic staff team passionate about music and young people. The role is based at NYO’s spacious and light offices near Holborn in central London (with hybrid working as standard), and there will be opportunities to attend NYO’s UK-wide concerts and activities. NYO offers a season ticket loan scheme, cycle-to-work scheme, health cash plan, and a 24/7 counselling and support helpline.
