They are a highly successful manufacturing company situated on Tachbrook Park Drive.
 
Ahead of systems upgrades, the client is looking for an individual that is confident, persuasive, and resilient to call customers to check that the data they hold is correct.
 
Additional details - £11.50 per hour
30 hours per week
Mid-August start date
Two interviews (one online, one in-person)
Ability to make the role hybrid once the person is settled in and flexible hours
Duration of the role: 6 months
 
What youâll be doing:
 
  • Verifying the accuracy and completeness of data entered into the system, identifying and correcting any errors or discrepancies as needed.
  • Ensuring data entry procedures, standards and policies are followed consistently to maintain data integrity and confidentiality in line with GDPR (2018) regulations.
  • Assisting in updating and cleaning up existing databases, including removing duplicate entries, updating outdated information, and ensuring consistency across records.
  • Working closely with administrative staff and other teams to coordinate data entry efforts and support overall administrative functions as needed.
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to create automated, personalised communication journeys for leads and customers.
 
As part of your role, you will also be responsible for removing duplications, updating historic records, and establishing whether they are a current customer. You will also oversee data integrity, data cleansing, and data enrichment activities to ensure a clean and accurate database.

  • Must be living within commuting distance of Leamington Spa as this is a Leamington-based role with the potential to be hybrid once settled into the role
  • Excellent telephone skills  
  • Self-motivated and proactive mindset, able to manage their own time and workload
  • A good level of IT literacy
