As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of client accounts in the pharma and life science sectors. Your role will involve ensuring the needs and expectations of the clients are met, cultivating strong relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Develop strong relationships with clients, delivering exceptional customer service and support.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are effectively met.
- Monitor and analyse client account performance, providing reports and recommendations.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Attend client meetings and presentations as required.
- Stay up-to-date with industry news and developments to enhance your expertise.
- Stay current on advancements in B2B marketing and propose innovative ideas to senior management.

- Experience in project management and coordination.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and other sales and marketing tools.
- Understanding of marketing and sales principles and practises.
