Salary: £28k-£30k
Contract Details: Permanent, full-time position
Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for a diverse portfolio of client accounts, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, studio, and PR/Comms, to deliver outstanding results for the clients.
Monitor and analyse client account performance, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.Required Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients.
Strong organisational and project management skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Effective multitasking and prioritisation skills.
Keen attention to detail and accuracy.
Required Qualifications:
1-2 years of experience in account management, sales, or a similar role.
Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and provide exceptional customer service.
Experience in project management and coordination.
Familiarity with CRM systems and other sales and marketing tools.
