Oliver Smith Recruitment are working exclusively with our key client in Irvine to hire a Finance Assistant on a permanent basis.

Through ongoing growth their UK finance team are looking to expand and therefore take on an experienced Finance Assistant who can develop and grow with the team and company.

Duties:

Supporting the accounts payable and receivable function across the groupUpdating and managing supplier & vendor details Allocating cash receipts dailyReporting of daily cash balancesBank account reconciliation for company bank accountsForeign currency bank account revaluations at month endOther month end duties as requiredAssist with Year End AuditAssist with Ad hoc projects

Interviews will be held ASAP at our clients HQ.
