We are currently recruiting for a Mess Manager to be a part of our integral team in Imphal Barracks, York, YO10 4HD

What you'll be doing

Efficient management of the Mess which caters breakfast, lunch and dinner for mess members and accommodation for live-in members. Managing your team, making sure the best service is available to our customer whilst the unit is open To oversee a smooth day to day running of the mess’s Organizing day to day hospitality functions and dinners Completion of company paperwork Reception duties Cash handling and till operation Motivating and leading your team, leading by example Provide excellent customer service to the clients and deal with complaints effectively and efficiently. Efficient management of functions, hospitality, and events Ensuring that we deliver high quality customer service to the mess members and other military personnel

Experience

Previous supervisory experience preferred Previous hospitality experience Must be able to show good leadership skills, this role would suit someone looking to move up the management ladder Good financial awareness and knowledge in managing budgets and growing sales Good PC skills
